INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

On June 21st, the whole world was awaiting in awe to embrace Yoga, the gift of Indian heritage to humanity!!!

As Amma’s children, we are the most obliged to spread the message of the day. Therefore, we observed the day with a variety of activities to reiterate the significance of yoga in bringing out the full potential of life.

A meeting was organised as a joint venture of Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Thiruvalla and Amrita Vidyalayam. The occasion was graced by the presence of eminent guests like the Honourable Ex-Chief Secretary of Kerala, Sri C.P. Nair, Dr. Ramachandran, Sri P.S. Parameswaran Ennakad and Bri. Bhavyamrita Chaithanya.

The occasion proved to be really inspirational as it helped in recognizing Yoga as the ultimate way of life for self-actualization.
