On Gurupoornima Day, morning Ashtothara archana was chanted by students. They offered pranams at the Lotus Feet of our most Beloved Amma, Satguru Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, The Universal Mother and our guiding light. Teachers too chanted Ashtothara archana on the day led by Nisha Teacher. May Amma’s blessings be with us forever.
Guru Paaduka Pooja was performed as part of the celebrations. Samskriti Pooja was also conducted in order to instil moral values in the minds of the children as well as foster love and respect towards their parents. The faces of the children and their parents were beaming with joy throughout the puja.
