As part of World Pest Day, we organized a field trip to a nearby plantain field, where we met Mr. Manoj, a renowned farmer. Mr. Manoj has received several accolades, including the Best Farmer award from Samagra Pachakkari Vikasana Padhathi Pathanamthitta District and the Best Plantain Farmer award from the Department of Agriculture Development and Farmer’s Welfare. Our class VII students engaged with him in discussions about field maintenance and farming practices.
